Over the past 30 years, Andy Siegel has been a successful direct-to-consumer corporate executive, local real estate developer and urban restaurant entrepreneur. As a senior marketer, Andy ran divisions for AT&T and Sprint, as well as mid-size companies, helping to build $100M+ businesses in health & wellness, exercise and skin care. Some of the brands Andy help build include Focus Factor, Richard Simmons, and Hydroxatone. Andy was been recognized as the “Multi-Channel Marketer of the Year” in 2009 by Electronic Retail Magazine.
Andy did his first real estate project in Hawaii in 1985. Since 2002, Andy has successfully completed and sold 15 historic and/or mixed use units in Jersey City. Andy has a BS in Advertising/Marketing from the University of Illinois, and an MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickenson University. Andy is President of Liberty Humane Society, the non-profit animal shelter for both Jersey City and Hoboken. Andy and with wife Lauren, live in New Jersey where Andy raised his twin daughters.
Geza began his restaurant career working at the Budapest Marriott Hotel in 1996. At this five star hotel, Geza learned from restaurant professionals with over thirty years of experience in the industry. In 1998 Geza left Budapest for New York City and began working at Delmonico’s in the financial district.
Geza’s next position within the Bice Group was as assistant manager at their newest location called Il Porto at the South Street Seaport. After two successful years at Il Porto, Geza received the opportunity to open and run a new restaurant on the corner of 26th and Madison called Chazal.
After receiving his green card in 2002, Geza left the New York restaurant scene and began a new career in real estate in Jersey City, NJ. Since 2002, Geza has consistently been named a top performing real estate agent at Weichert Realtors. Geza has developed several real estate projects on his own and with Garcia.
In 2003 Michael began working at Weichert Realtors in Jersey City as a full-time real estate agent. Michael has been recognized by the National Association of Realtors (NAR) as a member of the New Jersey Circle of Excellence 2004-2005 for outstanding sales achievements. In 2006 Garcia and Gulas formed the Urban Sales Team at Weichert, which focused primarily on larger scale developments and condo conversion projects. The Urban Sales Team recorded Weichert’s largest land deal in Jersey City when they sold a parcel to Millenium Homes in 2007.
Aside from working on the Urban Sales Team, Garcia also began developing real estate on his own, doing two or three renovations each year from 2004-2009. In 2007, Garcia passed the NJ real estate broker’s exam and received his broker’s license. Also in 2007, Garcia started a construction and development company called SMB Contractors, LLC which has successfully overseen several projects as general contractor and also as design consultant, including Satis Bistro in 2010. Since 2008, Garcia has focused his efforts on operations and management of Lucky 7 Tavern and Satis Bistro.
Michael is the son of Cuban immigrants and currently lives in Springfield, NJ with his high school sweetheart and wife of ten years, Kimberly Garcia. Kimberly works as a senior associate at SOM Architects in New York. Kimberly and Michael have a three year old daughter Ava Victoria, and one year old son Michael Jr.
